Monitoring - The issue has now been fully resolved. Our team carefully investigated the 2FA login failures, identified the underlying cause, and implemented a fix to address it. As a result, normal login functionality has been restored for all affected users, and users with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) can now access their accounts without any interruptions. The system is being closely monitored to ensure continued stability and to prevent similar issues in the future.
