Resolved - All CORE Application services impacted by the earlier AWS service disruption in the US-EAST-1 region have now been fully restored. All systems are operating normally, and no further issues have been observed.

Update - The CORE Application is currently partially unavailable. Many services are experiencing intermittent errors, and users are experiencing login issues. This is due to an outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS), the company that provides the underlying cloud infrastructure for CORE.

This issue has been widely reported, affecting many other businesses as well. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as services improve or we receive new information.

Monitoring - We have an update on the earlier AWS issue in the US-East-1 (IAD) region. We have successfully scaled our infrastructure and are no longer seeing major disruptions in the CORE application.

While the underlying AWS issue may still be present, our systems are now coping well with the current traffic load. No significant performance issues or errors are being observed.

Audit Trail Services
Timecard Monitoring
